Mend e&r nt21 Machine Problem Model

Sewing machine problem !?

My sewing machine (e&r classic nt21 model) is not picking up the thread from the bobbin atall I have changed the needles several times, re threaded the machine checked that the bobbin case is inserted correctly, changed the direction of the needle and cleaned the machine, I can't think of why it won't stitch ... Help !

try lowering your needle just a tiny bit at a time. Sometimes the needle has his something very hard and it is thereafter sitting a bit to high.
