How can I fix my Frister Rossmann Sewing Machine?

Question:

about overlock sewing machine 055D. the handwheel is jammed. have undone most parts, oiled it yet not moving. Any advice would appreciated.

Sounds definitely like the stop motion washer in the hand wheel, undo the screw in the handwheel and unscrew the stop motion centre wheel all the way off, there will be a 3 pronged washer, take it off and put it in a different position then put the stop motion centre wheel back on and only turn it slightly finger tight, put the screw back in and then give the stop motion centre wheel a bit more turn and it should be tight, if it is not take it all off again and put the washer in a different position, also make sure you do not have any thread stuck in the raceway area
