first remove bobbin case and rotary hook check for cotton at rear of hook.when last was it serviced or oiled?spray with Q20 or penetrating oil where you can see moving parts and if it loosen up it is time for a proper clean and oil,remember to put drop of oil on hook area in contect with hook case
