on the hand wheel there is also a smaller wheel that got a small screw in it,loosen this screw and loose small wheel turning it anticlockwise,there you will find a star shape washer,make sure the higher part off the washer is against the small wheel that means to the right,also check when refitting small screw that the small wheel can turn loose little before striking screw
