The thread doesn't come out from the shuttle. I have removed all parts, cleaned, checked the lower thread tension, put everything back in place. But when I want to start, the thread is still never being pulled up through the needle plate...

sound like hook timing is out.needle eye should be just below hook point on upward stroke of needlebar,if that is not the case gonna have to set timing
