Mend Toyota 4500 Sewing Machine Thread Underneath

How can I fix my Toyota 4500 sewing machine?

I have a Toyota sewing machine which was working fine but now it isn't sewing properly the thread is just bunching up underneath I've tried everything I know but cant seem to get it working properly.

sound like tension. do this test .thread as normal and with pressure foot down pull cotton towards side if tension is correct the needle will bent slightly before cotton can be pulled thru, bottom tension hang bobbin in bobbin case and bobbin case should not move down exept when cotton is given a light pull upwards, check for cotton between top tension plates and tension spring on bobbincase
