Mend Toyota FSR21 Sewing Machine Series

toyota sewing machine FSR21 RS series A?

The needle keeps getting jammed in the bottom particularly when doing zigzag stitch. Also top needle becomes unthreaded. I have tried everything, cleaning bobbin, bobbin tension, new needle. Machine not even a year old. Have you any suggestions please.

Hello Julie,
If you are certain you have the machine threaded correctly then you may have a timing problem. I can attach instructions if you email me by typing my address as you say it not as you see it but remind me of your problem.
