Mend Euro-Pro 9110 Sewing Machine Bobbin Needle

how do I time my Euro-Pro 9110?

While sewing, my machine jammed up, I cleared it and it jammed again. It jammed about 4 times and now the bobbin thread can't be picked up by the needle. PLEASE HELP!
