The alarm light on my Accenta 8 Mini house alarm keeps flashing?

We had a power cut which lasted 18hours. It set the alarm off and the light on the keypad showed tamper. I reset it to stop the alarm but now the keypad has no power indicator on it and I can not do anything with it. In the meantime the blue light on the side of the house is flashing. Can anyone help please?

Thank you. I tried that but there is no power to the control pad so it doesn't register.
