Mend Yale Accenta+ Alarm Tone Power

How do i activate the chime / button tone on my accenta +?

Just had a plasterer in & he has plastered around my accenta +. Now the power lights are on, but when i try to set the alarm none of buttons bleep nor does the alarm set. Any ideas?
