Mend Yale Accent 8 Mini Accenta

accenta 8 mini ?

internal alarm started for no reason - put in my number but nothing happened so pressed reset nothing happened but the tamper light came on then - not flashing just on - now I cant make it do anything nothing I touch makes any sound or action at all. This has happened before but my neighbour borrowed my manual and has lost it so I cant see how to sort it !!
