After a power cut my optima plus two alarm keeps bleeping,power light flash?

After a power cut the alarm keeps bleeping and the power light keeps flashing. Can any help.

i have an optima xl6 and the alarm keeps beeping too ive been told its the battery, just wondering if changing the battery did the trick on yours ??
