GBC DocuSeal 95 Roller Won't Turn?

Hello! We have a GBC DocuSeal 95 laminator. The machine heats up and 'Ready' indicator light comes on but the roller(s?) doesn't turn to feed/pull in the document in a laminating pouch? Help please! Thank you!

Is the motor turning? Is it getting power? Is the drive train from motor to rollers intact?.
Is there some kind of thermal switch/sensor that only lets the rollers run when it's at temperature?
Stop and think through the way the machine works and confirm/eliminate each step
