The machine worked ok last time used, but wont work now, the power and water to it are ok, but when you turn the programme selector the 6 programme progress display lights flash on and off, the door indicator is lit up green, I have removed the switch and it works ok,the multi display is on zero, but wont alter when you press the start button, the wash time light is lit up red,
top to buttons on lhs hold down turn on, all lights come on then turn off, all reset

I had the same problem and called out an engineer. He couldn't find anything wrong with the machine but he "rebooted" it - didn't see the combination of buttons on the front panel that are used to effect this but it worked. If anyone knows the combination of buttons for a reboot and can post it here, that's all you need to do.
