Mend GBC Ultima 65 Gbc Hot

GBC Ultima 65 laminator?

My GBC Ultima 65 laminator keeps overheating because the bottom roller wasn't heating, so the top would get to hot. We replaced the bottom roller and heat core but it is still not heating. Is there a reset button or a fuse that I should check?
