Mend Securitech Active 5 Reset Alarm System Manual

Reset securitech alarm ?

I have an Active 5 securitech alarm box with no code numbers to arm the system.
Can you tell me how to reset the system. I do have a manual and engineering instructions.
The manual says nothing about resetting the system.
The engineering instructions say,
Remove all power from the cotrol panel, fit default link CN6, reapply power remove default link CN6.
They may as well have spoken in another language!

it means you take the wires from these terminals,and replace them with a bit of wire,
whats hard about that?????then you replace the originals wires in their terminals,then,hope fully
all is well.
