Mend Securitech Active 5 Alarm Code Moving

securitech active 5 alarm won't unset?

alarm customer code working and able to cancel alarm triggers ,then when moving around pir triggers alarm , its as though alarm permanently set . tried powering down mains and battery and when powered back up still same any ideas ?
