Mend Hoover 8582 Motor Drum

How to fix my Hoover Ecologic washer dryer?

I have hoover ecologic (8582)washer / dryer. It does not spinn at all. I have checked the drum / moter which are working fine and also checked the air outlet which is clear as well. Also it has now stopped taking in water. All the water taps are connected and on.

Pump is open circuit replace the pump if this is correct. Without it plugged in.
Machine will not allow it to fill if it cannot empty it
