Mend Hoover HNL6126 Washing Machine Motor Cycle

hoover hnl6126 wont spin!?

Hoover hnl6126 wont spin,clothes are saturated after cycle,machine relays are clicking etc.Drum never rotates so no spin to drain water.I checked filter at kick plate,no problem there,brushes on motor don't look good,does anyone reckon this is problem-motor not turning-no drain??

replace the brushes , give the comm. of the armature a light clean up as well it stops the brushes arcing
