hoover quattro1300 power jet?

all looks ok ie, drum, programmer,motor etc, ive just removed 5 cotton buds from the pump, and noe the drum does not turn?

you may have dislodged the wiring harness from the motor but you would need to check the motor with a meter for continutity in the windings, check the brushes its the most likely cause
