Mend Hoover 1100 Spin Washing Wash

Hoover easylogic 1100 no spin?

Hi has anyone got service information on the Hoover easylogic 1100 washing machine?
The motor turns during wash so the motor and belt are OK. When it gets to spin the pump starts and empties the machine and the drum tumbles the washing to even out the load but the drum does not continue into slow and then fast spin.
I suspect the motor controller board rather than the programmer.
