After completing a full cycle, the water won't drain away from the machine. This is the first time it's happened and I would like to know of any easy ways to empty it without flooding the house. The model is a Hoover Performa 1100 and we've had it about 5 years. Thankyou.
place the waste pipe in a bucket or bowl and keep emptying it untill the machine is empty then check out the pipes from the tub,pump,waste to find any blockage
