Drain machine by running the outlet pipe into a bucket at floor level or run the outlet pipe out of the back door if it'll reach. Disconnect pump from sump hose and check for obstruction in either item. Pump removal: power off, drag machine out onto the floor, remove back cover or tip machine up at an angle, locate pump, (attached to other end of drain pipe).undo 2 wiring connections, 2 hose connections, and pump mounting screws. Remove pump chamber - some are held in with screws, others clip into place. Check for foreign objects round the impeller. If pump chamber is clear, may be a fault with the pump motor - in which case, replace the pump. Some machines have a combined pump and filter unit. Check the filter unit for blockages.
Other possible causes of spin problems: Faulty pressure switch - machine "thinks" the drum is still full of water so wont enter the spin cycle.
Check the pressure switch -the system that determines correct water level in the drum. Power off, drag machine out onto the floor, remove back cover and top cover. The pressure switch is a round item about 3 inches across with several wires connected. It sits under the top cover. Its an air operated switch which tells the machine water has reached the correct level. If its giving an incorrect indication to the program timer machine will either refuse to fill or refuse to spin. Disconnect the thin rubber pipe from the switch and blow down through it to clear any blockage. Switch itself may be faulty but its more likely the pressure pipe or the vessel attached to the other end of the pipe is blocked.

I am not familiar with your m/c, but most machines do not have brushes on the pump motor. It is more likely that something such as a bra wire has gone down and jammed the impeller on the pump.
On some m/c's there is an axcess point in the rubber hose near the pump where you may be able to remove any obstruction.
