Mend OPTIMA XM New Alarm Manual Code

new property - but no alarm manual or alarm code?

Hi

We have purchased a new property and there is no alarm manual. Also, we were not given the alarm code.

Where can we obtain a user manual from and how can we reset the alarm?

It's an OPTIMA XM
