Optima plus 2 small keypad?

The optima + 2 is a very old system. If you know the engineer code press the P key and enter 9999. This will allow you to open the keypads and end station. check the fuses and wiring. If these look ok power down the keypad thats faulty by removing the positive + wire. Wait a few seconds then reconnect.
This may work! Also check your battery in the end station. Must be replaced if over 5 yrs old!
If all goes well Lol reset the panel.
