Mend Optima XM4 Security System Engineer

optima xm 4 zone?

i am wanting to change my entry and exit time i press prog all leds light up i enter code day and tamper light up then i press prog 9999 and the alarm won't go into engineer mode.the alarm is about 5 years old.
