Mend Accent G3 Flashing Light Power Cut

Blue Flashing Stroke Light after power cut to alarm?

We have recently moved in to a house which has an Accent G3 alarm fitted. Whilst we haven't fully activated it yet, a power cut set it off. We put the code in and it stopped, but we still have a blue flashing light that won't stop.
How can I get the blue strobe to stop?
