I have a zone sensor that keeps activating when the alarm is deactivated. How can I stop this?

Thank you so much. I've had to resort to covering the PIR for the last 2 days but with your help it's been resolved. Again thanks.

You/someone has been playing with the keypad and has turned on the Chime facility othe circuit that the PiR is connected to.
Time to get your user manual out and turn it off.

Post HERE again if you have a problem and I'll get a copy of the manual out and help

sorry. Its the PIR and it is located on the first floor landing. I tried the reset button but even though the alarm is deactivated it sets off a chime on the activation panel everytime a heat source goes near it.

What is the Sensor?

A, Door Contact, PiR, DT, IR Beam, Pressure mat, Inertia, Safe Limpet, Foil, USD, Break Glass Detector, T/W Frame, Roller Shutter Contact, MWD, PAB, get the idea?
