accenta g3 keeps beeping twice every 10-15 minutes?

Hi ive just had a accenta g3 mainbox changed and now when its in day mode it beeps twice every 10-15 minutes i thought it was the service timer i tried what the engineer on this site said but no luck can anyone help

Sorted it,
Thanks for all your help.
I turned off the line fail active high setting and it stopped, (In the flag b option Page 24 of the manual)

Well it looks like a G3 with comms, so it would be bleeping EVERY 10 mins from the moment it was fitted.
AFAIK you cannot disable line fail as its meant to have one end off.
Some favour lol.

Sorry my electrician friend fitted it i had a old one and he owed me a favour.

So how do i get a phone line voltage attached to it.

What is a compact G3. (Cant i disable it on the keypad)

Im a carpenter and im trying to sort it out myself, Sorry for the mis-information.

Ahh now you tell us its a comms one. And 2nd hand.
You need a phone line or the compat G3.

Also you said 10-15 mins.
Not totally correct was it :D

New panel or get a phone line voltage attached to it.

Who fitted it? Left it doing that the first time it was left in day mode?

A double beep every 10 minutes tells you that
the telephone line that the alarm system uses is
not available or has failed.

i have found this in the manual the box is a second hand one so if anyone could tell me how to stop this please

No its not the chime else i would have said its a totally different sound. Everything is turned off on the keypad.But it still beeps twice every 20 minutes even if the pir lights up or not.

Of course you could go to the bog a lot and something is on chime.

In all my years in the alarm business I have NEVER come across an alarm panel that does what you are saying, they just don't do that.
