accenta key pad?

have gone to change the factory set code which has now excepted a 5 digit code but when i go to try and change it back it wont let me and all 8 zones light up instead of just 1and 2can any one advise how to rest to factory settings , have powered down panel then rest it as it say for factory setting but it hasnt worked.
