bell box light flashing and siren chirping?

Hi wonder if someone could help me please
i have a accenta gs mini alarm system and the siren box red light is flashing on and off and the siren is making a short chirp every 30 seconds or so
the rkp and panel are all showing normal
would really appreciate any help before my neighbors get abit vexed with me :-s

Just one problem guys, the only external sounder made by risco which had the problem was a nova 2 and has two alternating red LEDs not one, as described by the questioner.

The man previous is so correct a correct person could not be more correct if he ate a bowl of correctiveness and then correctly pointed out a correct answer with correct terminology.

I bet you have a Risco external sounder and there was a fault on them (earlier ones).

When very cold it "chirps".

You will either have to put up with it, get it changed, or get someone who knows the fix for this.

Basically you have to alter (CUT) one of the tracks on the PCB.
