What makes you think you got hit by lightning? Your power board is good. A lightning strike would have knocked out the fuse.Now if lightning come through the cable it would have taken out your av board.(where cable hooks to) and you have a fairly good picture, little color problem. So i think what you have according to your discription of the problem is just a loose avl cable. This cable is famous for coming loose.
The avl cable is the cable from your main board to your t-con board. the t-con board is top center.with metal cover. Diisconnect this avl cable clean with isopropyl alcohol.Snap it back in.Remeber the clips on the avl cable. Youtube shows how to clean this.
