When we are watching BB1 or 2 at all times of the day the screen keeps going blank and the message "no service" is displayed. WE can get a picture back by changing to STV and then back again. Do you think this is a problem with TV or the ariel

It appears to be a BBC / Panasonic problem regarding updating the MUX transmitter after decommissioning the Olympic Red Button services.

It is a pain.

Hopefully they will sort it out, but a bit of news from either would be welcome.
