Magnavox Projection TV, no picture, great sound???

I have a Magnavox/phillips rear projection style tv model
9p5511c102. TV worked fine, then one day turned it on and no picture. I know its the tv, cause Im getting picture on my small tv(verified signal from dish). Any help would be great. From doing searches Ive tested the main fuse(pulled it and nothing works)and that passed. Next I looked for a glow, but I dont see anything glowing. I put my hand in front of the projector beams and no light is emited. The screen is black, but yet if I push menu it pops up and displays that in color and its clear. For some reason its just not getting the picture signal from the dish reciever, yet it gets the sound. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
