I SWITCHED THE TV ON ON CHRISTMAS DAY AND NOTICED THE SCREEN HAS GONE RED ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE BUT STILL HAS A PICTURE, HOWEVER THE SOUND AND EVERYTHING ELSE WITH THE TELLY SEEMS IN PERFECT CONDITION. could anybody help please.
if this set is a standard tv [not a lcd ]the positor could have failed which control's the deguase curcuit.or another cause could be ..magnetic ...caused by a magnet. ie . loud speaker or anything producing a magnetic field placed near the tv or on the tv .hope this helps.
