Why won't the alarm bell work on the G4 optima alarm system?

The bell will not work on our G4 optima alarm system. I have checked the wiring and there is a positive and negative feed to the strobe but only a black positive feed from the bell feed is it possible that the negative for the bell is using the strobe's negative as a return therefore the fault must be in the wiring of the box as the strobe works

Best answer you will get off anyone pal, the aries wouldn't be a choice of mine ha ha im more of the virgo than the rest I ain't a fan of the strobe savers either due to the fact people would never notice the one flash every so many seconds

let me put it in a way you may understand,your panel is trash,and that tells me your bell box is trash too,why not buy a nice scantronic 9651,plus a multibox sounder,and a 7 amp battery,now,then,you have a good system ,but,dont take my word for it,ask around,
