Do you have a contact on the door of your first point of entry, then the PIR you mention?

If I'm right and you have, the contact on the door that starts the Entry timer has 'stuck' - give it a tap with a screwdriver handle, then try the alarm again, if the alarm then works correctly, change the contact, it will only happen again.
If it still does not work, change the contact.
