Mend Honeywell Accenta G4 Alarm System

Accenta G4 LCD Display?

I have just finished wiring up a Accenta G4 alarm system. Powering up on battery or mains sets off external siren for approximately 5 seconds.
All PIRs blink on/off intermittently.
I checked the LCD Display and it does not allow me to set a code or any programs. The power LED and Day LED on the LCD Display is not lit. All the 1 amp fuses in the panel are new and in working order. All wiring is in place and secure. The LCD Display exhibits "Accenta G4 RKP F131-01-111".
Any advice or help is most welcome.

Dont know if its relevant but is the test link still in external bell box cause when you power up it sounds for 5 seconds.

are you sure all wiring is in place here is an alarm wiring diagram for you ...
