Mend Simpson 513 Out Balance Not Spin

out of balance and does not spin?

my simpson aqua pulse 513 gets on last spin cycle and keeps getting out of balance and clothes bunching up in the machine. Doesn't spin properly too cause it keeps getting out of balance

Sounds like the inner bowl is not spinning just the agitator in the middle which will twist the clothes around it in to a ball. If only the agitator is spinning (you will have to look and see) then either the brake is not releasing or the clutch is not working.
