Mend Simpson eziset 750 Cycle Turn Flashing

Simpson eziset 750 only allowing spin cycle?

I have a simpson 750 eziset around 2008. When I turn it on it has the spin light flashing and the water temp light and water level lights arnt on. It allows me to start it but will only do a spin cycle. I have checked drain hose and it is clear. The dial for changing cycles doesnt do anything?
