Mend Simpson ezi set 550 Load Machine

Simpson ezi set 550?

Hi, my Simpson ezi set 550 top load machine clutch claw and ratchet make clicking sounds when it is on agitate on counterclockwise. I can see the ratchet turn with the main pulley when I turn the agitator on counterclockwise, how to repair it? Thanks
