Mend Peugeot 406 Fine Work

how to fix a blower on a peugeot 406 heater?

the heater works fine but blower dosent work at all when the slide bar moves any ideas

does the air con buttons work if so then a new blower motor for a scrap yard costs about £10 and its located in passenger foot well very easy to change
