Mend Peugeot 206 Indicator Problem

how to fix 206 indicator and wiper problem?

i have a 1999 peugeot 206 1.4 lx the wipers and indicators stopped working, all fuses fine,window washers work and back wiper works also lights are fine, the indicators just click really fast, ive researched it a bit and i believe my problem is the com2000 but i dont think my car has one can anyone help
