Peugot 306 (2001) Fog Lights not working??

Hey,

I have a 306 2.0 HDI and I cannot work out why the front fog lights will not work??

I have replaced both bulbs and checked what wiring I can access and both have not helped at all.

I have also checked all the fuses under the stearing wheel (I dont have an owners manual and I was getting conflicting diagrams of the net, so thought I'd check them all).

The rear fog lights work fine so I can rule out the stalk, although, I do only get an idication light on the dash board with the rear and not the front...

I wouldn't know where to start with relays, but would have thought there would be more electrical issues if a relay had blown.

Has anyone got any suggestions? Blooomin French electrics will never fail to confuse the crap out of me!!

if you feed the live wire onthe fog light from the battery through a fuse it should then light the other spot light and the light inside to show if the wirering is ok from where it picks its live to work it inside car. relay ,fuse ,stalk switch.

Thanks Bob... I'm pretty good with cars but please forgive me for the following question... What do you mean by 'feed it from one light at bulb'? I've got a circuit tester... was gonna test it this evening with that...

feed it from one light at bulb and see if light on dash and other light works. lf it does the circut from switch or relay must be intact so its a case of finding which one feeds the wire and would suspect a relay to run two 55w bulbs
