Mend Peugeot 206 Passenger Doors

Passenger seat recline problem on Peugeot 206 with two doors?

Hi, I have a problem with my passenger seat on my peugot 206 with two doors. It can go forward if someone wonts to go in the back but the mechanism for adjusting the angle of the person sitting in front is not working do you have any ideas on how to fix that please?
