Mend Peugeot 306 Rear Work Checked

How can I fix my rear wipers peugeot 306 1.9D 2000 REG?

Hi, I have a peugeot 306 1.9D and the rear wipers dont work at all. I have checked the fuses and these seem to be fine. The pump is working back there. Do you think it is the motor?
