Mend Delonghi 10 Start Months Motor

My Delonghi 10 dehmidifier wont start?

It has worked great for 15 months then yesterday it would not start. The motor tries to start, sounds like it coughs the green light flickers, the fan rotates. I have cleaned the filters. Can anyone help please?
