Zanussi ZWF1641w Stops mid cycle?

hi, the machine will run through most of it's cycle but then near the end at the final spin (which starts and runs)the Start light flashes, we think it runs for at least an hour, the cloths are wet and there is water in the machine
I have checked all hoses (water and waste) and they are all fine, the filter is clean, we have had the despenser out and clean all that
I replaced the motor brushes a few months ago as the the motor would only work when it felt like it, they where down to 5mm on one and 2mm on the other
has anyone any more ideas
