it is about 18 months old with an avarage of 2 washes a week.
whan we start a wash cycle it will start and after a while the cycle will stop and make a quiet humming noise.
closer inspection the noise is comming from the motor area, theres no power to the motor the soindle runs freely and the brushes have still got plenty of life in them.
we have tried to cancle the programme but this doesnt work nothing happens but left for a period of time the washing machine will work after the cancle button has been pressed again
can you please help
remove the filter at the bottom right corner.shine a torch into the filter housing and look at the drain pump impellor.is there something jamming it?.if so remove and retry.
