cant start ford cargo 0813?

hi i have g reg ford cargo 0813 ..when i go to start lorry it sounds flat but it isnt as battery is fully charged. i have changed starting motor and checked earths to . it wont jump either.. this happened few months ago and after couple weeks just started one day and weve used it and now its done it again i need to find the problem any ideas
